1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Xentra Digital Solution ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, website design, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability, system performance, and fair usage.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Use services for lawful purposes only
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm our systems or reputation

Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): spamming, phishing, distribution of malware, or unauthorized access to other systems.

4. Account & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Billing cycles are monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Domain Registration

We act as a reseller for domain registrars (e.g., ResellerClub). By registering a domain, you agree to comply with ICANN policies and the relevant registrar’s terms.

You acknowledge:

  • Domain registration is not guaranteed until confirmed
  • Renewal is your responsibility
  • Expired domains may incur redemption fees

6. Uptime & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, hardware failure, or events beyond our control.

7. Data & Backups

Clients are responsible for backing up their data. While we may provide periodic backups, we do not guarantee restoration unless part of a managed service plan.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payments are overdue
  • Illegal activity is detected

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xentra Digital Solution shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or service
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use our services
  • Any third-party service outages (e.g., registrar/API downtime)

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
